SectorFlow is built on a foundation of proven enterprise scale. For 13 years, our core team served as Eli Lilly's primary ITSM service provider (via Syntervision), managing global infrastructure and application monitoring for the pharmaceutical giant until our acquisition in 2022.

During this tenure, we operated at the bleeding edge of enterprise complexity. We processed 2 billion metrics per day, ensuring the uptime and performance of critical global systems. Beyond monitoring, we deeply integrated automation into the workflows of 450 internal groups, streamlining operations across a massive, regulated organization.
