# SectorFlow > A pod is a team you subscribe to: a senior SectorFlow expert plus AI we build and operate. It takes over one job in your business and answers for one number you choose. Nothing ever gets handed back to you to maintain. SectorFlow builds and operates AI automation for mid-market companies. The product is a "pod": production AI agents plus the senior engineer who runs them, sold as one subscription and accountable for one business metric the client picks. SectorFlow handles building, hosting, tuning, and drift. The client's team keeps final authority on decisions and handles the exceptions the pod routes to them, with the agent's reasoning attached. Every engagement is two steps. First an assessment: three weeks, $10,000 fixed (CA$13,500 in Canada, 9.000 EUR in Spain). SectorFlow maps one workflow, sets the baseline number, and shows a working slice of agents on the client's data. The client leaves with a scoped pod, a baseline, and a fixed monthly price, even if they stop there. If they proceed, the assessment fee returns in full as a credit of up to 50% on each monthly invoice. Then the pod: built and run inside one subscription, starting at $7,500 per month (CA$10,000 in Canada, 7.000 EUR in Spain), 12-month term, 30 days' notice after that. If the number stalls for months despite remediation, the contract gives the client an early exit. Every pod runs on SectorFlow One, the company's governed platform, deployed as a private instance per client. Every agent action is logged with a reasoning trace and a reversal path. Role-based access controls, confidence thresholds with human-in-the-loop escalation, audit logging. Nothing trains on client data.
