Getting started
One monthly price from day one. Progress you can see from week one.
There's no separate assessment to buy. The pod starts on its monthly price, and the first month or two is setup: we map the work, build a test set from your own history, and run the first agent next to your team. You watch all of it happen in your own portal.
The first 60 days
What you see, and when
- Week 1
Your portal goes live
What you see
- The workflow map, as it actually runs
- The baseline number the pod will answer for
- Your systems connected, read-only
- Weeks 2 to 3
Your test set
What you see
- Real cases from your history, the ones that make the job hard
- How the agent scores on each one, case by case
- Where it's right and where it isn't yet
- Weeks 3 to 6
First agent in shadow
What you see
- Every draft next to what your team actually did
- The hit rate, updated daily on your live volume
- Nothing touches your systems. Your team keeps working as normal.
- Weeks 6 to 8
The checkpoint
What you see
- Shadow results on your real work, in writing
- The go-live plan and what it should do to your number
- Your call: go live, or leave with the map and the baseline
- After that
Live, and the number moves
What you see
- Agents live behind confidence gates, one piece at a time
- Exceptions routed to your team with the reasoning attached
- A monthly report on the number, from a named lead
Every two weeks your lead walks you through the portal for 30 minutes. You look at the work, not a slide about it.

Getting started FAQ
Questions we get before the call
What do you need from us?
Read access to the systems in the workflow, a few hours with the people who run it, and one person who owns the number. Nothing writes to your systems before the checkpoint.
When does billing start?
On day one. Setup and running are one monthly price. There's no separate assessment and no build fee.
What do we see before the checkpoint?
Everything, as it happens: your portal from week one, your test set and how the agent scores on it, and every shadow draft next to what your team did. Your lead walks you through it every two weeks.
What if it isn't a fit?
At the checkpoint you see the shadow results on your live work. If the pod won't move your number, we say so, and you can leave with the workflow map and the baseline.
Who picks the number?
You do, and setup validates it. If the metric can't be measured cleanly, or a pod can't materially move it, we say so early and propose the number it can move.
Who runs the pod afterward?
We do. Building, hosting, tuning, drift, updates. Your team handles the exceptions we route to them and keeps final authority on business decisions.
What does it run on?
Your private instance of SectorFlow One. Private, auditable, every agent action logged with a reasoning trace and a reversal path. Nothing trains on your data.
What if we leave later?
After the initial term, 30 days' notice. You take your data, the audit logs, and any documents the pod generated for you.
